Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped with either Royal Mail or Evri.

If your parcel is lost in transit we are happy to help just contact us on instagram DM's along with your order ID and name on order. It is up to the customer to deal with the shipping company direct as they will only speak to the persons name on the parcel. If parcel is lost it is down to customer to speak to shipping company to find it and investigate, we can only help.
