Refund policy

We accept refunds at My Polly.

To return an item please DM us over on instagram with your order ID number and name on order and we will get back to you. Returning an item must be completely unworn with all tags still attached and in its bag.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days from your order date and postage to return must be paid for by customer.

Once we have your return we will inspect it and if we are happy with the return we will refund you the item amount, this does not include any shipping costs.
